"Sounds Like Summer" was born out of wanting to make something that was very visually stylized -- something where the audio was also a big driving force.

Since Erika and I both do a lot of things in different creative fields (I make films, and she makes music; we both act, write and have an affinity for fashion), I wanted to collaborate on something where we could throw all of that into the mix.

The result is this celebration of summertime that is part fashion film, part music video and part silly, retro, pseudo-educational nature video (three of the best, if often overlooked, genres of filmmaking).
