Magical Footage Of Aquatic Life Looks Like It's From Another Planet

Many of us will never be brave enough to witness the beautiful aquatic wildlife gracing the ocean floors.

That's because not many of us will ever be brave enough to take a deep-sea dive to begin with! Fortunately for us, there are fearless daredevils out there who commit to these kinds of expeditions and make a living out of it.

In a recent video uploaded to Vimeo by Sandro Bocci, the Italian filmmaker captures the beauty at the bottom of the ocean, including starfish, coral reefs and a bunch of things you've only seen in Pixar's "Finding Nemo."

The best part about this footage is it was captured using a macro time-lapse technique, which really allows viewers to take in the vibrant colors and observe the unique textures tens of thousands of feet below the surface.
