Insane New KFC Sandwich Has Spicy Fried Chicken As Buns (Photos)

Twitter

It seems like every day, someone comes out with a fast food creation that is even more over-the-top and ridiculous than you could ever image.

Remember when we showed you that insane KFC Double Down Dog?

Well, the Colonel is at it again, and this time he's really spicing things up.

For its latest artery-clogging endeavors, KFC is expanding its double down menu with the introduction of its newest meat-on-meat creation: the Fire Double Maxx.

It seems like KFC is really trying to make this trend of swapping out buns for fried chicken a real thing, and the Fire Double Maxx is no exception.

This frankenfood mashup is essentially a sandwich that features lots of hot chili sauce, cheese and a slice of tomato resting between two spicy fried chicken filet "buns."

Take one look at this bad boy, and you'll see this ultra spicy sandwich is literally red hot.

No, really, the breading on this chicken is actually tinted red.

If you want to get your hands on one of these hot sandwiches, you're going to have to cart yourself half-way across the world because the Fire Double Maxx is only being sold in Korean stores for the month of February.

But if you ask me, this is one secret recipe that the Colonel can keep to himself.

Behold, the KFC Fire Double Maxx.

It's a sandwich made with hot chili sauce, cheese and a slice of tomato resting between two spicy fried chicken filets.

In pictures, it doesn't look half bad.

But in real life, not so much.

This meaty meal pretty much looks like a heart attack just waiting to happen.
