Heart Rate Monitor Shows Just How Nervous Guy Was To Propose To His GF (Video)

by Robert Anthony

How fast do you think your heart would be beating during a marriage proposal?

Whether you're the one proposing or the one saying "yes" (hopefully), everyone knows a marriage proposal is one of the most nerve-racking moments of someone's life.

It's mainly because the end result isn't always good.

And aside from that, getting engaged to someone is a giant leap for both parties.

In a recent video uploaded to YouTube by GOOD, we're shown a visual representation of a man's heart rate as he proposes to his girlfriend. GOOD, a creative platform, was able to take 40 minutes of heart rate data and condense it to 90 seconds.

Throughout the video, you'll notice the man's heart rate shoot up from 65 beats per minute to about 125 beats per minute.

After she said "yes," his heart rate immediately began to normalize.

The data, originally posted by Reddit user Sesipikai, was gathered back in December when he flew to Rome with his girlfriend to propose.
