A Restaurant That Only Serves Breakfast Sandwiches Is Coming to NY

by Emily Arata

The hangover gods heard your pleas, New York: Chelsea's newest brunch spot will serve only bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches.

DNAinfo reports BEC will offer an updated take on the classic sandwich, boasting menu items like the Greeky Roman (sausage and feta cheese) and the Spicy Spaniard (manchego cheese and Serrano ham).

There's nothing like taking the perfect food and adding a lot of fancy ingredients to whip the entire city into a frenzy.

There's no official date set for the restaurant's grand opening just yet, but the owner, Jessica Bologna, hopes it'll start serving the hungover sometime this spring.

Bologna also applied for a license to serve alcohol to patrons.

And, as Eater NY adds, get ready to pay double dollar sign prices for your bodega favorite.

Prepare your livers and stomachs, because BEC is just another reason to indulge in the time-honored tradition of boozy brunch.

Those crumpled bills in your pocket from the night before were just burning a hole in your pocket, anyway.
