An Eagle Flew Over Dubai With A Camera And The View Is Stunning

by Gillian Fuller

In an attempt to set a world record, animal welfare organization Freedom Conservation strapped a miniature camera on an imperial eagle to capture the bird's flight from atop Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, which stands at 2,722 feet.

Also hosted to raise awareness for eagle endangerment, the flight successfully set a new world record, becoming the highest bird flight from a man-made building ever recorded.

The real draw, however, is the content itself: The aerial footage of the sprawling city is absolutely stunning.
