This Couple Quit Their Jobs To Open A Delicious Pizza Shop On A Boat (Photos)

Ever dream about one day quitting your job to open up a pizza shop? That doesn't sound like too bad of an idea, does it?

Well, one couple made it a reality.

Tara and Sasha, hailing from Indiana and New York respectively, quit their jobs to open up a pizza shop on a boat. That's right. This isn't your average mom-and-pop shop tucked away in a major city.

Tara and Sasha decided to take their pizza shop to the high seas. It's called Pizza Pi, and it's a shop operating out of a boat and serving pizza to anyone who pulls up alongside the vessel.

Food trucks are cool and all, but this, well, this takes mobile catering to a whole new level.

Before meeting his wife, 38-year-old Sasha used to work on Wall Street as a programmer. After leaving that scene to work on a yacht, he met Tara, 32, while working on the same ship.

From there, they decided to take their love for each other and their love for pizza to a vessel of their own.

But, this isn't just any pizza shop; it's a pizza shop on a boat.

About 10 years ago, the couple met while working on the same ship.

The couple's love for the ocean and pizza sparked this genius idea.

That's when the pair created Pizza Pi, a mobile, boat-based shop selling delicious pizza near the east end of St. Thomas.

After building the boat together over the course of two years, Tara and Sasha added a commercial-grade pizza kitchen to it.

Now, Pizza Pi is a main tourist attraction. What did you expect? Everyone loves pizza, and everyone loves the bliss of the ocean.

Pizza Pi was even rated one of the top restaurants on TripAdvisor.

The best part? Sasha and Tara are hiring for a selection of positions including a business manager and a food prep staff member.

When in season, the couple sells up to 90 pizzas per day, each starting at a cool price point of $19.

So, give yourself a reason you shouldn't quit your job and start a pizza shop operating out of a yacht...You can't!
