A Ton Of People Are Getting Plastic Surgery To Look Like The Kardashians

by Stacey Leasca

If we know one thing for certain, it's this: The Kardashian/Jenner girls are serious trendsetters.

From their makeup to their outfits and their manis to their pedis, the K/J clan sets the tone for style and beauty.

Apparently, Kris Jenner's girls are also setting trends in plastic surgery.

According to new research by UK group Transform, the "Dash" effect is real. In fact, the group claims they have seen a 73 percent increase in inquiries from patients hoping to look like a missing sister from the Kardashian family.

Mark Norfolk, Clinical Director at Transform, said in a statement,

The likes of the Kardashians have had such an influence on people from the way they dress and look and so have created a cult following, and we have seen this filter through to our inquiries. For example, our 54 percent increase in inquiries for buttock enhancements, inspired by the likes of Kim and Khloe, has been a key reason for us looking at offering fat transfer surgery in the near future.

The group also said after Kylie came clean about her lip fillers, they saw a 700 percent increase in web inquiries overnight.

Transform credited the ladies with not only setting new beauty standards, but also for lifting "some of the taboos" around plastic surgery.

Hey, you do you, just make sure you don't overdo it with your new Kylie lips and Kim butt.
