What's up, Disney fans, I got some news for you.

I'm sure you remember the first time you watched "The Little Mermaid" and how your life was changed forever. You probably fell in love with Prince Eric the moment you laid eyes on his beautiful, animated face. It's OK, no shame.

And let's be real, Ariel is the baddest bitch who ever lived. That's why I was more than excited to hear a new adaptation of the movie is in the works.

The adorable Chloë Grace Moretz was chosen to play Ariel, so she's really making all of our childhood hopes and dreams come true.

In a recent interview, Chloë spilled some major secrets about the upcoming movie. When asked if she would be dyeing her hair red, Chloë told "Entertainment Tonight" she will actually leave her hair blonde.

Apparently, the movie will be an adaptation of the Hans Christian Andersen classic fairytale. Chloë said this version will be more modern and "progressive for young women in this day and age."

Check out the interview with Chloë in the video above to hear for yourself.

Now, BRB, gonna go listen to "Part of Your World" and comb my hair with a dinglehopper. BYE.
