Khloé Kardashian Opens Up About What Motivated Her To Start Losing Weight

It takes a lot for someone to make the decision to start living a healthier life. The first step is to admit you're doing something wrong. You then have to lightly plot out a course of action and start actually implementing small but attainable decisions in your daily life.

This was how Khloé Kardashian decided to start her journey from being “big boned” (her words, not mine, so calm down, the internet) into the toned, inspirational, golden unicorn she is today.

Kardashian, who turned 32 on Tuesday, addressed her life changes during an appearance on “Lorraine,” where she said she originally resigned herself to thinking she was never “meant to be a certain size.”

Once she started losing weight naturally, though, Khloé decided she would start working out with a trainer to boost her weight loss. Six months after that, she decided to get a nutritionist, and the rest is history. Stunning history.

Kardashian told Lorraine,

Once I started taking my health more seriously I started seeing whoa, definition in my arms, like just muscles, and that motivates you more to keep working out. And even just dealing with, you know, life experiences you just feel good mentally, physically, everything.
