Khloé Kardashian Contracts Staph Infection At Lamar Odom's Bedside

Khloé Kardashian has been a rock for Lamar Odom through his struggle with substance abuse and recent overdose. She's been sitting at Lamar's bedside, calling off their divorce and willing the former NBA player back to recovery.

Despite her selfless support, however, Khloé is paying the price for her extended hospital stays.

According to TMZ, Kardashian has contracted a pretty serious staph infection from her time spent in the hospital, where she's been visiting Lamar every day for the past month.

The unfortunate sickness could not come at a worse time for the reality TV star and businesswoman, as she is currently touring to promote the release of her book, "Strong Looks Better Naked."

Kardashian has canceled a portion of the tour as a result of a lesion found on her leg, in addition to a fever and swollen glands, TMZ reports.

Earlier today, she tweeted,

Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing. I'm sick &dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong — Khloé (@khloekardashian) November 18, 2015

The star also commented recently on feeling less than normal under the influence of medication, saying,

Certainly this is not the karma the world has in store for Khloé. We wish her well in her recovery!
