Khloé Kardashian Says Doing This One Thing Keeps Her Motivated At The Gym
Khloé Kardashian is on the cover of Shape magazine, and DAMN, she looks good.
In the magazine, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star opens up about using exercise as a way to relieve stress and overcome the difficult times in her life.
Khloé started losing weight when she broke up with Lamar Odom. Instead of going to therapy, she joined a gym and has lived a healthier lifestyle ever since.
In the issue, the fitness expert gave some tips on how to stay motivated in the gym and make the most of your workout.
Khloé shared her biggest source of motivation is looking good while she exercises. She said,
I also always wear hoop earrings; they're like my security blanket... I'm inspired to do an extra squat or an extra lunge. People laugh at me, but why not? They make me feel more dressed up. I also wear makeup when I work out. I put on a tinted moisturizer, mascara and cherry lip balm, and fill in my eyebrows. If I feel cuter with a little lip color and mascara, why should anybody else care?
Hey, whatever works, right? Hopefully, her mascara is waterproof or else it won't be that cute once she starts sweating.
I, personally, look absolutely disgusting when I go to the gym, but perhaps that's why I haven't lost any weight?!?!?! LOL, FML.
IDK if I'd be able to rock a pair of hoops, but perhaps I can put on some moisturizer. I guess it doesn't hurt to try. Right, Khlo?
