The morning-after meal is arguably one of the most important parts of a hookup. You're feelin' spent and probably a little hungover, but you're also likely feeling accomplished and one with yourself -- identical to the feeling I assume most explorers feel after they conquer a small island from its indigenous people.
You need a meal to match your mood.
For me, that meal is going to a fridge buck naked and chugging a full gallon of milk out of the bottle in front of an open window facing the street.
According to a recent post on her app, for Khloé Kardashian, that meal is slightly healthier and a little less of a public exposure crime.

Khloé says she throws the following ingredients into a bowl and scarfs it down after a night of doing body-to-body, NC-17-rated stuff:
