Mothers everywhere lost their minds Wednesday morning when not one, but two Ellen DeGeneres (DeGenereses? DeGeneri?) appeared on the comedian's beloved talk show.

Here's what happened: After appearing on “Ellen” in 2013 as Ellen herself, comedian and actress Kate McKinnon reprised her role on Wednesday morning, joining DeGeneres for the trippiest show ever.

McKinnon, dressed exactly like DeGeneres, delivered a hilarious and strange opening monologue about a dog named Kid and um, goats, with DeGeneres snickering in the background. Then, the two danced together.

DeGeneres says of her doppelgänger,

She really is hilarious, but it's weird to have somebody do impressions of you because you hear it and you're like, 'Well, that's such an exaggeration.' I mean, it's funny, but it doesn't sound like me at all.

Wrong, Ellen. She does sound like you — exactly like you.

The hilarious bit is better seen than described so take a look below.
