I think we can all agree Gwyneth Paltrow is a fairly successful person all around.
Rich, beautiful, Academy Award-winning actress -- yeah, I'd pretty much chalk that life up as a win. So, if you're looking to copy the habits of someone for a little inspiration, I think Gwyn is a fine choice to go with, which is convenient because she just released a new cookbook, "It's All Easy," with a collection of her favorite "easy" recipes.
Now, you can cook up what Gwyneth eats all the time in your own kitchen.
You'll have to buy the book to get the full recipes, but E! picked out a few to sample what a week in the life of Gwyneth Paltrow's digestive system might look like. The first step to being like Gwyn is eating like Gwyn!
Here's the week E! put together from Gwyneth's recipes:
Sunday Breakfast: Acai Bowl Lunch: Bibimbap Salad Dinner: Cauliflower Mac & Cheese
Monday Breakfast: Crepes Lunch: Thai Curry Noodle Pot Dinner: Chicken Enchiladas
Tuesday Breakfast: Chocolate Cinnamon Overnight Oats Lunch: Bacon Avocado Toast Dinner: Kimchi "Fried Rice"
Wednesday Breakfast: Fried Egg Sandwich Lunch: Black Bean Soup Dinner: Rapini Pasta with Garlic
Thursday Breakfast: Migas Lunch: Grilled Cheese & Easy Tomato Soup Dinner: Turkey Meat Loaf
Friday Breakfast: Ginger Chia Pudding Lunch: Congee Dinner: Chicken Piccata
Saturday Breakfast: Pitaya Bowl Lunch: Black Bean Taquitos Dinner: Salmon Skewers
E! also calculated just how much it costs to have a diet like Gwyn's and found it's not that bad, surprisingly. It averaged out to about $22 per meal using all the finest ingredients, so you know we regular people could probably get it done for $5.
It all sounds delicious, honestly. I'm not sure if my schedule of sleeping as late as I possibly can without being late to work will leave me enough time to make crepes and Migas in the morning, but I might try out some of these weekend plans.
Hopefully, this meal plan will put us all one step closer to fame, beauty and fortune. Celebs know best!
