Cops Issue Warrant For Elsa From 'Frozen' Because It's Too Damn Cold

The cold may never have bothered Elsa from "Frozen," but it sure bothered the citizens of Harlan, Kentucky.

The Harlan City Police Department issued a warrant for Elsa's arrest due to the freezing, 10-degree weather gripping the city.

The police put out a Facebook post blaming Elsa for the frigid temperatures in Harlan, which you can see below.

At press time, Elsa is still at large, but authorities are currently questioning a talking snowman.
