Kourtney Kardashian Reveals Fitness And Diet Tips

Kourtney Kardashian revealed the health, wellness and fitness secrets that helped her get in bangin' shape and — SHOCKER — you won't want to do any of them.

The 37-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star appeared on “This Morning” to talk about her six-day-per-week workout schedule and her favorite superfood.

Before even hopping in the shower each morning, Kourt does 100 squats and, on occasion, mixes it up with some dips. Fun!

She told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield,

If bikini time is coming up... or something I want to be extra in shape for I'll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps... and no matter what I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower... That way I won't forget.

The mother of three, who “loves to switch it up” also values a good workout partner, namely her sister Khloé. Kourtney said the pair alternate between two different trainers.

She added,

Once in a while, when I'm feeling anxious, we'll say let's do boxing, but usually we leave it up to the trainer because I think it's good to shock your body.

If you can't afford two of the biz's best personal trainers, don't worry. Kourt has plenty of affordable advice that's just as torturous.

Regarding her daily diet, the Calabasas native said,

I make an avocado smoothie in the morning. It makes my skin glow, my hair really healthy, everyone asks why my hair is so shiny… We eat gluten free and dairy free in my house, try to eat as little processed food as possible… I love to share whatever things I'm into. I was at Kim's the other day looking through her freezer and said, 'I can't believe you have this or that,' and she was like 'You're right,' and changed a bunch of her things to organic. I'm a food snob.

Kourtney's approach to wellness is admittedly clean AF and inspirational. It helped her drop 45 pounds, according to Daily Mail, and do so in a healthy, balanced way.

Just remember, there's no shame in applauding Kourtney's commitment to living well while eating the middle out of a cheese danish on the couch.
