These British TV Hosts Interviewed A Couple Who Orgasm For 18 Hours & They Literally Lost It

The more I watch British television, the more convinced I become that their television programming is just all-around better than ours. First, there was the British version of The Office. Then, there was my literal favorite reality TV show of all time, Made in Chelsea (think: The Hills, but, like, older, bougier, and better). And now, there's my new favorite talk show, This Morning, where the hosts conduct a weekly interview with people who are... hmm, how do I put this gently? Different. This week, the "This Morning" hosts interviewed a couple who orgasm for 18 hours straight just by hugging, and the hosts, who have seen a lot of crazy stuff in their day, absolutely lost it on air at the end of the segment.

The married Los Angeles couple being interviewed, Scott and Melanie McClure, say that they have managed to achieve their insanely long orgasms by mastering the art of tantra, or tantric sex. Scott explained,

Orgasm is different from the traditional release that comes with climax, so when you're able to separate these things, instead of a more traditional trajectory where you kind of get excited, and then, climax, then go to sleep, you're able to have an experience where you keep going and you're able to have multiple experiences.

If you're wondering how the heck they don't get tired after 18 straight hours of orgasming, Melanie said,"We practice tantra, which helps us to pull the sexual energy up our bodies and re-energize ourselves, so actually, the longer we make love, the more energized we get, both of us." As for the whole "getting an orgasm by hugging" thing, Scott explained they can achieve "low-level orgasm" (AKA, the ones we're all used to) just by "hugging."

And that's not even the craziest part! The two claim their sexual energies are so incredibly intertwined that they can actually experience orgasm even when they're not together. Melanie elaborated, "We can feel each other even when we're apart."

Melanie can even achieve orgasm from dancing! Strangely, doing the funky chicken (my go-to dance move) has never proved to be a successful method of achieving orgasm for me. It doesn't just have to be dancing or her husband's sexual energy to get Melanie fired up, though. She continued, "We can orgasm all by ourselves just through breathing and feeling orgasm with God." Yep, that's right. She feels orgasm with the Lord.

For most of us who aren't familiar with tantric sex and don't normally interact with people like the McClures, the conversation would probably make us let out a giggle here and there, or blush, at the very least. But the show's hosts, Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, are not strangers to discussing subjects that are out of the ordinary. So you would think they would be totally unfazed by a couple claiming to orgasm for 18 hours straight just by breathing.

But no, this particular interview caused the hosts to drop their poker faces and break down dying in laughter, after Schofield dropped a pretty funny pun once the interview was over. And the screenshots are epic.

The hosts absolutely lost it as soon as the interview ended, when Schofield began introducing their next segments by saying, "Still to come."

And when I say they lost it, I mean they really lost it.

Like, fall-over-on-the-couch-LOLing-level lost it.

And laugh-so-hard-you-get-a-double-chin-while-your-face-turns-bright-red-level lost it.

But then again, according to Scott, giggling is a way of achieving orgasm through tantra, so maybe the hosts were just trying to take his advice. After all, Holly did say the interview was one of her favorites EVER.
