Pornhub Is Offering Sex Ed, So Now Porn Will Teach You About Sex In A Whole New Way

When you hear the word "Pornhub," it's difficult not to let your mind immediately drift toward computer virus-inducing gang-bang videos.

Usually, recurring visitors are looking for naughty content to help them get off and go on with their day.

But now, the popular pornography website is hoping to teach their regular customers and the rest of the world something you may not have learned in school.

Psychologist, author and radio personality Dr. Laurie Betito will direct the Pornhub Sexual Health Center, a free virtual center meant to help you educate yourself on any sex-related questions.

For Dr. Betito, taking on the role was a no-brainer.

"It has always been a dream to connect with, educate and inform people all over the world on a massive scale," she told Metro UK. "Heading the Pornhub Sexual Wellness Center is an opportunity to reach a global audience and provide a source for healthy sexual education and dialogue. I'm very excited for the amazing work I have partnered to accomplish."

Two categories, "Get Healthy" and "Sexuality," are featured on the homepage, each branching off to different subsections like "Real Talk," "STDs" and "Your Body."

The professionally curated articles appear to be directed at a large audience, discussing a variety of topics from period sex and play parties to levels of intimacy and the proper definition of consent. (Good.)

It's actually great to see Pornhub using its renowned success to develop something that will really benefit people, if put to proper use.

Pornhub still has a bit of negative stigma attached to it, but whether you like it or not, people will still visit the site. The people want what they want.

And for those who may not be up to speed on sexual education, or have specific questions about something they're too embarrassed to ask, the Pornhub Sexual Wellness Center is now just one click away.

Between this Pornhub initiative and the literal thousands of online sources about sexual health, there's really no excuse, at this point, to not be educated about sex.
