Tom Ford Is The Face Of His Own New Fragrance (Photo)

At age 53, Tom Ford is the face of his newest fragrance, Noir Extreme.

While this move would be pretty absurd for anyone else, somehow the highly-esteemed fashion designer managed to pull it off. He is no stranger to appearing in ad campaigns, so he may as well cast himself for the eponymous fragrance, right?

Where this could be seen as shameless self-promotion, Ford makes it look like clever marketing. Who wouldn't want to smell like Tom Ford?

Just look at him, there in all his chic, forever-youthful glory.

Ford told WWD he thinks becoming a father has "softened" him, but he sees no need for cosmetic surgery or Botox.

We couldn't agree more, Tommy, you gorgeous, gorgeous man.

The fragrance will be released in May 2015, and I think it's safe to say we all know what our boyfriends are getting for their birthdays this year.
