On March 17, it's totally acceptable to get your drink on, wear an annoying amount of green and sing so many Irish songs you might actually turn into a leprechaun.
If bar-hopping isn't your thing and you'd rather celebrate in the comfort of your home with a few good friends, why not create a drink that's not only boozy, but also magically delicious?
A Baileys mint chocolate chip milkshake is the grown-up version of one of your favorite desserts. With a hint (okay, a lot) of Baileys and a few scoops of your favorite ice cream, you can easily blend a concoction that may help you finally find that pot of gold.
This year, skip the Guinness recipes and go straight into dessert with this little green number.
Ingredients: 2-3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur 1/2 cup milk 4 ice cubes
To Serve: Whipped cream Rainbow sprinkles
Now, get shaking!
Put two to three scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream in the blender.
Pour in 1/2 cup of milk.
Pour in 1/4 cup of Baileys.

Add a handful of ice, more if you want the shake to be thicker. Then, blend it all together until it's thoroughly combined.

Pour the mixture into a glass. Add sprinkles, whipped cream and a fun straw.
Cheers to St. Paddy's Day!
