Worst Dressed: 2013 People’s Choice Awards

As with everything, there is black and white. Good and bad. Not everyone can wear something fabulous… Just kidding. What am I saying?

If you’re planning to walk the red carpet at a nationally televised awards program, I would suggest getting some very educated advice on whether or not you are dressed well.

My choices for worst dressed had the following problems: too small dressed, too short hemlines for too short a person, too much matching, too much going on and too much shopping at DEB. You decide which woman had which problem.
