Splurge vs. Save: Plaid Skirt

Today was my first day of classes and something about the first day of school always reminds me of sweaters, plaid, and headbands regardless of the fact that I’m 20 years old. School brings out the prep in all of us, and what better way is there to ring in the new school year than with a school related outfit post.

I’ve always been drawn to more classic styles, with Ralph Lauren being one of my favorite designers. Luckily for me, this fall season is filled with prep-like fashions. Plaid is back and nothing says prep to me like a plaid skirt.
