Prabal Gurung: Fall 2013

Prabal Gurung is currently dominating the headlines due to his collaboration with Target, which just launched yesterday. The designer has only been on the scene since 2009, but he has certainly made his mark in this short amount of time.

This past week, Prabal Gurung has debuted his A/W 2013 Ready To Wear collection during New York Fashion Week, and has certaintly solidified his position as the designer for the powerful and in control woman.

He focused on military for fall, which is my go to favorite look for the cold weather months. The collectionw as powerful, full of military inspired pieces, harnesses, and gladiator boots, but was feminine at the same time. Peplums, ruffles and delicate prints are going no where.
