Best Dressed Of The Week: August 17-24

Friday is my favorite day for a multitude of reasons. Another week has passed, filled with parties, premieres, and fashion shows, and it’s time to break down my best-dressed picks of the week.

Laura Dundovic wore this stunning white and silver lace accented peplum dress by Jayson Brundson to the MYER Spring/Summer 2013 Launch. I love this dress because it’s feminine and modest but complicated and beautiful at the same time.

Jamie Chung in Cushnie et Ochs

I wasn’t too sure I liked the cutout trend when I first saw it. I always feel like showing unnecessary skin is tasteless but Jamie Chung managed to rock an electric blue Cushnie et Ochs and make it look classy.

Miranda Kerr in Equipment

I always like to include a street style pick in my best dressed of the week posts, and Miranda Kerr always has the best street style. She was spotted out in Sydney wearing a floral Equipment blouse and skinny jeans. This kind of outfit is such an easy way to look polished and put together.

Gwyneth Paltrow in Burberry Prorsum

Gwyneth Paltrow looked stunning in this perfect for fall Burberry Prorsum bouclé wool blend bow back dress.

Jennifer Hawkins in Sass & Bide

And finally, my number one best-dressed pick of the week is Miss Universe 2004 Jennifer Hawkins wearing an unbelievable Saa& Bide metallic minidress. The dress is sexy and appropriate and I absolutely love the coral colored belt along the waistline.
