The Best Dressed Ladies At The 2013 Billboard Music Awards

Music award shows typically do not have the most well dressed attendees. I guess it has something to do with the quirkiness and creativity of musicians and musicians' red-carpet looks (in Billboard’s case, a blue carpet) are always eclectic, to say the least.

Throw in the fact that the Billboard Music Awards are not the most prestigious music award show and you have quite a difficult time finding even five women who were dressed "best."

Hayden Pannetiere in Heritage Halston

Although she’s sporting a basic black gown, Hayden Pannetiere always manages to look stunning. This actress proves that sometimes less really is more.

Emmy Rossum in Zuhair Murad

Rossum clearly takes the cake when it comes to the best dressed on last night’s blue carpet. Again, one can never go wrong with a black gown, especially when it’s perfectly fitted to your body. The mesh designs throughout the dress give the presenter the perfect balance of sexy and conservative.

Selena Gomez in Atelier Versace

You know I’m having a difficult time choosing best-dressed picks when I put a neon-accented dress on the list. But, regardless of my own personal feelings on the color, there’s no denying that Selena Gomez looks incredible. I would even wear this dress myself… if we substituted the neon with black of course.

Taylor Swift in Zuhair Murad

You really know that I’m struggling when I put Taylor Swift on my best-dressed list, as well. However, once again, I cannot deny that she looks great regardless of my own personal feelings towards last night’s eight-time award winner.

Which one of these ladies was your best-dressed pick?
