Well apparently, Venus Ramos, a doctor who developed SeXercise (which is a workout program that’s designed to help enhance your sex life) says that sex can be good exercise. It just depends on how you’re doing it.
Her opinion, the more creative you get, the more calories you burn. If you’re really moving during sex, you could burn up to 200 calories during a 20-30 minute sex session.
