This Workout Will Tone Your Entire Body Just In Time For Swimsuit Season

Believe it or not, summer is coming up really soon.

And who doesn't want to feel confident and fit in tank tops, shorts, skirts and bikinis? I certainly do, which is why I connected with Bandana Training's Rob Sulaver, a trainer, sports nutritionist and expert on ABC's "My Diet Is Better Than Yours."

He came up with an extremely effective workout plan that will get you super toned in just four weeks.

Sulaver's workout isn't easy, but you don't need any gym equipment for this one. You can literally do it anytime, anywhere.

Before we get started, here's what you should know: The program is divided into strength-based workouts and cardio workouts. Because each workout is timed, it will be helpful to use your phone as an interval timer. There are numerous interval timer apps that can be set to the specific parameters of the workout.

So for Workout A, Week 1, you can set your interval timer for 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest for 12 total rounds, and the timer will ding when each exercise is complete. It's a great way to get a lot of work done in a small amount of time, plus it will keep you focused and engaged.
