This Type Of Food Can Actually Make Guys Way Better In Bed

by Leigh Weingus

While I don't doubt the guys reading this are awesome (ish) in bed, if they want to up their games or keep their bedroom skills sharp as they get older, they should start eating blueberries.

A new study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found men who regularly ate foods high in flavonoids, nutrients found in plants, were less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) as they aged.

The study examined the eating habits of over 25,000 men every four years (in 2000, 2004 and 2008) and asked them to self-rate their ED over time.

The ED risk was reportedly 14 percent lower for men who ate the most flavonoids.

Before you rush to the grocery store to stock up on blueberries, you should know flavonoids aren't just in that fruit; they're also found in strawberries, bananas, oranges, lemons and raspberries, to name a few, as well as red wine.

Looking for yet another way to prevent (or help) ED?

Research conducted out of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2015 found consuming between 85 and 170 milligrams of caffeine every day made men a whopping 42 percent less likely to suffer from ED.

In other words, drink your coffee and red wine, and stuff your face with berries. Sounds a whole lot better than Viagra.
