Oops! Wisconsin Player Calls Woman 'Beautiful' With His Mic Still On (Video)

Badgers big man Nigel Hayes is gearing up for Wisconsin's Sweet 16 matchup with North Carolina, so maybe you can excuse him for not remembering how a microphone works.

During a recent team press conference, Hayes responded to a reporter's question, speaking directly into the microphone positioned in front of him.

Seconds later, as you can hear in the video, Hayes turned to teammate Frank Kaminsky and whispered,

God, she's beautiful.

Hayes was beyond embarrassed after realizing she -- this could be the stenographer, reporter or another woman in the room -- heard exactly what he said.

Microphones, man, they don't have selective hearing.
