With a population of just over 6,000, Aspen is a fairly sleepy mountain town.
For 51 weeks of the year, this community in the Rocky Mountains gets along just fine, but for one week out of the year, nearly 50,000 people descend on the tiny ski town to watch athletes push the limits of the human body in the 2016 Winter X Games.
With the week-long population boom comes a few interesting sites -- crazy fashion, celebrity sightings and some hella cool dogs. Check out a few of the sights Elite Daily snapped from the X Games below.
