Canadians Had The Quickest, Quietest Dance Party Ever After The Jays Won (Video)

by Adam Silvers

Nothing says we're going to the American League Championship Series like a civilized 30-second dance party, right?

On Wednesday night, in front of a raucous Rogers Centre crowd, the Blue Jays defeated the Rangers in Game 5 of the ALDS.

The team celebrated as you might expect, as did fans inside the stadium, but one group of Canadians commemorated the Jays' first ALCS appearance in over two decades by stopping traffic for a measly half a minute.

The fans all gathered together in the street for what should've been a massive mosh pit, but after 30 seconds of light dancing, the crowd dissipated and traffic returned to normal.

Lame. Maybe they're saving the rioting for the World Series?
