Aaron Hernandez Didn't Escape From Jail And, No, He Didn't Break Into Tom Brady's House

by Julian Sonny

You might've seen the wild report surface today that former Patriots tight end, Aaron Hernandez, escaped from the Bristol County House of Correction and Jail in Massachusetts and is on the run after awaiting his upcoming trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

As most of you would guess, it's fake. But, for you exceptionally stupid people out there, we thought we'd clear it up.

Hernandez's security has actually been heightened in recent days after assaulting an inmate who was tied up in cuffs and couldn't defend himself. He will now have spend the next month in isolation. This guy's not going anywhere.

The bogus report also suggests that Hernandez was spotted on home security at former teammate Tom Brady's house wielding a gun. Well, that picture is as old as the story itself and it was actually taken at the home of Hernandez, when he really was wielding a gun.

If you were actually dumb enough to fall for this story, then sure, it's real. Just make sure you go out there and tell all your friends about about it. Just don't tell them Elite Daily told you.
