Enter Andrew Binns and Liz Hart: Their infatuation with one another turned a political stage into something from a Shakespeare play.

The DNC staffers were helping kick off the four-day event at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, when Liz got invited onto the stage. She had no idea what was going on.

Then, her boyfriend appeared.

A video played, and it ended with a picture saying, "Will you marry me?" in the sand.

Andrew got down on one knee and said the words.
