Carlota Zimmerman is a graduate of Wellesley College, and Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law. She founded her coaching business, as the Creativity Yenta, in 2008. Previously, she worked in network news in Russia, Washington, D.C. and New York City. She has worked for CNN, FOX News, ABC and NBC News. Her first play, Man At His Best, won the Young Playwrights Festival and was professionally produced when she was 18. It has since been produced around the world. While in law school, she interned for then-Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, and clerked for the New York State Supreme Court. A native of New York City, she has lived and worked in Russia, India and China. She also writes for the Huffington Post. She currently lives, frequently covered in cat hair, in NYC.
