Photos Of The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show After Party Will Make You So, So Jealous
We are just days away from the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airing on CBS Nov. 28. Luckily, the fashion show of the year actually went down on Nov. 20 in Shanghai, China, so there have been tons of pictures floating around teasing what viewers can expect. Photos of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after party look so, so lit. I mean, with some of the most glamorous people gathering in one place — how could it not be?
Victoria's Secret has been pulling out all the stops to make an unforgettable show this year. While all the models do an amazing job strutting down the runway, VS always books incredible musical guests that really bring the show to life. Harry Styles, Miguel, Hamilton's Leslie Odom Jr., and Chinese artist Jane Zhang are the official show performers. I love the mix of entertainers during this year's show and can't wait to see what they bring to the runway.
Another exciting addition to the show is Victoria's Secret's collaboration with Balmain. If you haven't heard of Balmain, it's a favorite label of the Hollywood elite, like the Kardashians and Taylor Swift. Incorporating Balmain into the show looks like it will be the same VS glitz we love, but with an added edge of spikes, details, and all sorts of other noteworthy accessories.
You may recognize Olivier Rousteing, Balmain's Creative Director, in the video above from Kim Kardashian's Instagram or Snapchat. Obviously, they're great friends. Would you expect any less from Kim K? Rousteing explains in the video,
More than a discussion, it was an exchange of ideas, because we believe in the same kind of woman—a powerful lady, a strong and confident and sexy girl that knows what she wants. What I think they love from me is all the couture and the craftsmanship and, at the same time, the attitude that the Balmain girl has. It's not far from what they do as well.
This is the first time Victoria's Secret has partnered with an outside collaborator, according to Harper's Bazaar. Personally, I may drop dead seeing these VS x Balmain pieces on the runway. Am I being dramatic? Yes, yes I am. However, there's no need to get too riled up, reports are saying that these specialty pieces will be available for retail purchase. Glamour reports that the collaboration items, "range from around $28 to upwards of $248."
OK, so the fashion will be unbelievable and the musical performances will be next level — it's no surprise the after party was also star-studded. Most of the Victoria's Secret models have become household celebrities. Needless to say, after their big show, they were ready to celebrate. Below are a few of the most noteworthy red carpet looks from the VS After Party.
