Wisconsin Man Is Banned From Every Library On Earth After Publicly Masturbating

A man from Racine, Wisconsin is banned from every public library on earth after getting pages stuck together one too many times by masturbating in public.

Tyree S. Carter, 20, has been banned from “all the libraries on the face of the earth” after being caught publicly masturbating in the Racine Public Library in Wisconsin.

Carter appeared in court on Thursday on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct for his actions on Wednesday morning.

According to employees of the library, Carter was "standing in the open, not trying to conceal the act."

I guess he'll have to opt for ebooks in the convenience of his own home.
