Model Wears A Corset Every Single Day To Achieve Her 20-Inch Waist (Photos)

If you think Kim Kardashian's seemingly obsessive commitment to waist training is crazy, wait until you see Aleira Avendano.

The model, who hails from Caracas, Venezuela, wears a corset 23 hours a day, seven days a week — and has been for the past six years.

The result? She's shrunk her waist down to an impossible 20 inches.

Though she's been repeatedly warned about the serious health risks of her body-altering obsession, Avandano insists,

This is the best thing that has happened to me.

The 25-year-old began waist training at just 19 in a bizarre quest for beauty and fame.

She explained,

I would like to be known for my waist, not for having the smallest waist in the world but rather, for my waist and my entire body... I also want to be considered sexy.

She's also had three breast augmentations (she's a size 34DD), a nose job, butt implants and liposuction.

Avendano says,

Everywhere I go, I get attention.

Judging by her Twitter feed -- which is filled with mostly-naked snaps of the cartoonish 25-year-old -- attention is exactly what she wants.
