Kim Jong-un Somehow Looks Even Crazier With New Eyebrows And Haircut (Photos)

North Korea's Supreme Leader is pulling out all the stops to make sure it is physically impossible to take him seriously.

Kim Jong-un sported a different but not altogether new hairstyle at a meeting earlier this week, according to the Huffington Post, accompanied by trimmed eyebrows.

A key difference from last year's style is the sides of his head are no longer shaven completely.

The cropped trapezoid resembles both a dead furry animal and a Brillo pad, but this particular shape will forever be associated with Jersey Shore's Pauly D, who was clearly honored to see his trademark replicated. He retweeted this photo:

The Huffington Post notes that Jong-un bared a messier version of the 'do along with the trimmed eyebrows last spring.

If Jong-un does end up sticking to this style this time, it may very well be due to its similarity to the hair of his father, Kim Jong-il.

Hair is an extremely sensitive subject in North Korea, where men and women are only permitted to choose between a select few styles.
