Cop Says 'F*ck Your Breath' To Dying Man Mistakenly Shot By Volunteer Cop (Graphic)

This story will sound painfully familiar.
On April 2, a 44-year-old black man named Eric Harris lost his life to a white reserve deputy, 73-year-old Robert Bates, who accidentally fired his gun instead of his Taser.
In raw footage from an on-scene body camera, Tulsa County police can be seen chasing Harris down after catching him illegally attempting to sell a gun.
After they manage to pin him to the ground, a shot is heard and Harris exclaims he's losing breath.
With a line that sadly echoes of Eric Garner's death in July, one of the officers responds,
F*ck your breath.
CNN reports Bates has been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
