This Video Will Make You Drop Everything And Run Home To Your Dog

According to the Chinese calendar, 2015 is the year of the sheep.

But as far as anyone can tell, it's really the year of the dog. It's nearly impossible to turn on the TV these days without coming across at least one puppy-fueled commercial.

The latest company to hop on the dog-aided advertising train is Coldwell Bankers, with its newest commercial, Home's Best Friend.

Set to officially debut during the 87th annual Academy Awards on Feb. 22, the commercial focuses on dogs' super-excited reactions upon their owners' return home after a long day at work.

Why dogs? Because, as the commercial's narrator suggests, pets are what make a house a home.

It maintains a relatively happy tone and supports a good cause, too. Coldwell teamed with nonprofit Adopt-A-Pet and hopes to place 20,000 dogs into fur-ever homes over the course of the year.
