The University of North Texas has committed a hilariously bad mistake.
In a decision that shows a complete lack of awareness of how unfortunate their initials are, UNT made a mug that said just that. But they forgot about the extra letter that's embedded in the mug.
The comments this picture got on Imgur make it clear that UNT puns are a running joke on campus.
One guy wrote,
Got my BA from there. yes lots of people would add a "C" to shirts, Mugs, etc....
Another person posted,
Senior from UNT here. Been making fun of those mugs for 4 years.
But here's the best one:
I went to UNT. Someone added some letters to the UNT Art building sign last year. (C)UNT (F)ART. Lol
And yet, here we are.
Someone clearly didn't think this through, which is crazy. You'd think that in 2016, there'd be someone at every job who could just say, "Hey, this idea sounds pretty dumb."
But nope: Now, we have "cunt mugs" out there, getting sent to alums all over Texas.
