Here's What We Know So Far About The Lackland Air Force Base Shooting

There was a shooting at the Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas on Friday morning.

At least two people were killed. The shooting is believed to have been a murder-suicide. According to reports, the commanding officer of the base's 331st K-9 Training Squadron was shot by an airman, but that information has not been officially confirmed.

The shooting happened at the Medina Annex, where dogs are trained. The victims have not been identified.

James Keith, spokesman for the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, said the situation is no longer active.
