Chilling PSA Reveals How Hypocritical The NFL Is About Domestic Abuse

by Kate Ryan

In a new PSA released Wednesday, Made By Women Media is calling out the NFL's hypocrisy regarding domestic violence.

With a title like "Topless Women Talk NFL," one might not expect a sobering call-to-action, but that's exactly what it is.

In the 30-second spot, the camera pans over three topless women, only to reveal their bruised, bloodied faces.

With startling clarity, the PSA confronts the NFL's glaring hypocrisy -- specifically, pushing pink the whole month of October while letting domestic abuse cases slide.

One of the women in the spot says it perfectly,

Wearing pink for breast cancer awareness was awesome. Now start caring about the rest of us.

Through the PSA, Made By Women Media is calling for a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to domestic violence. With fans gearing up for the Super Bowl, hopefully this will spur a serious conversation and measurable action from the NFL.

Watch and share the spot below using the hashtag, #OneHitMeansOut.
