Police Are Investigating This Disturbing Video Of A Toddler Smoking Weed

Man, kids in Chicago go HARD.

The Chicago Police Department, in conjunction with the Area South Special Victims Unit, is currently investigating one of the craziest videos I guarantee you will ever see, featuring what appears to be about a 4-year-old toddler casually smoking a fat spliff.

During the bonkers 13-second video, you can hear an unidentified adult off-camera giving mini Bob Marley instructions like, “Inhale,” and, “Smoke man,” before asking him to stop bogarting all the weed and pass it over.

Concerned activist Andrew Holmes came across the video, which was going viral on Facebook, earlier this week and alerted authorities on Wednesday night.

Holmes told NBC Chicago,

This is sickening. This child needs help ASAP if he hasn't had help already. It's disturbing to hear the adult that was in the background to let them hit it and they're telling the child to inhale.

Because of the anonymous nature of the video, authorities have a small problem identifying where or even when the clip was actually taken. Illinois Department of Children and Family Services could not confirm whether or not it was even investigating the situation.

If you recognize this kid, you should probably alert the police. I promise this isn't a case of you being a narc.
