Guy Convinces His 2 Wives To Murder 14-Year-Old He Got Caught Having Sex With
Kain Blackwing, a 47-year-old polygamist from Utah, and his spouses, Raven and Diana Blackwing, are facing charges of attempted murder after Kain convinced his two wives to murder a 14-year-old girl he sexually assaulted.
Back in 2014, Kain Blackwing's 24-year-old wife, Raven Blackwing, and a 19-year-old accomplice broke into the 14-year-old girl's Utah residence shortly before she was due to testify against Kain Blackwing for rape.
The two allegedly armed themselves with a knife, screwdriver, cellophane, matches, syringes and Formalin, which is a toxic chemical that causes a loss of consciousness.
It is believed Kain Blackwing and his third wife, 25-year-old Diana Blackwing (who also goes by the name Theresa Baker), are the masterminds behind the home invasion and attempted murder.
The NY Daily News reports Kain Blackwing and his wives are now facing charges of solicitation for aggravated murder, conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder.
Raven Blackwing was ordered to serve up to 15 years in state prison as a result of the crime.
Her 19-year-old accomplice, who remains unnamed due to the fact she is a victim of sexual assault, received one year of probation.
According to KSL, Kain, who forced his victims to call him "Lord," was charged with multiple counts of rape, forcible sodomy and forcible sexual abuse against the woman who broke into the 14-year-old girl's home with Raven Blackwing.
Kain allegedly began having a sexual relationship with the woman when she was 17 years old and reportedly told the victim he was a god and "Shen lord."
The woman also claims Kain told her "if he ever bonded with a woman she became his and the only way out of the relationship was death."
Blackwing allegedly spent 11 weeks planning the attack and the two women periodically surveilled the 14-year-old girl's home.
The three used the phrase "playing video games" whenever they referred to the murder plot and referred to their targets with code words such as "Juggernaut" and "Boss."
During the time of the home invasion, the 14-year-old victim was residing with her mother and mother's fiancé, who is believed to be one of Kain's relatives.
The Deseret News reports the fiancé awoke to the sound of footsteps in the home just before 4 AM and was able to stop the attackers.
According to police records, the fiancé went upstairs to find the source of the noise and found two people dressed in black who allegedly lunged at him and tried to grab him by the throat.
The fiancé told FOX News 13,
I heard a creak, and there was silence for about 30 seconds. I went to the bottom of the stairs and saw a couple of ninjas coming down. They were all dark gray or black, and they had black rubber gloves on and masks. All I could see was their eyes. My adrenaline was pumping so bad. They grabbed for me and one of them covered my mouth, and the other grabbed my throat, but they were both pretty small so I threw them back and started shouting to get anybody awake that I could.
There was another man in the home who heard the shuffle and came the fiancé's defense.
One of the women tried to attack the man with a stun gun, however, he was able to pin the woman down until the police arrived on the scene.
Police reports reveal cops also found one of the men trying to fend off Raven Blackwing with a samurai sword upon entering the home.
According to the man, "I grabbed my sword on the mantle, unsheathed it and told her to sit down, that if she moved, she would lose body parts."
The 14-year-old girl who was upstairs sleeping during the attack was due to appear in court to testify against Kain Blackwing for sexual assault four days after the home invasion.
Kain Blackwing, who is currently serving time in Beaver County jail, has since been found guilty of sexually assaulting the 14-year-old girl.
