This Pic Of An Eagle Almost Stealing A Kid Will Make You Want To Stay Inside Forever

Woah, woah, woah. Are you seeing this? That massive eagle just swooped down and tried to carry off a small child!

Christine O'Connell took the picture at a bird show in Alice Springs Desert Park, Australia.

She said the boy was pulling the zipper on his green jacket up and down and for some reason the eagle took massive offense to it.

It was supposed to fly over a log so photographers could get a snap of it, but instead it went straight for the boy. You can see its huge talons grip his hood (which he was lucky to have up at the time!).

O'Connell said, "The show was quickly cancelled and the boy taken off to first aid. Those talons are huge he was a very lucky young boy."

The boy was reportedly crying and bleeding, but did not suffer any serious injuries.

Witness Keenan Lucas told NT News that the bird flew over the crowd and tried to grab onto the boy's head.

"He screamed, the mother was distraught, and the presenters wrapped up the show very quickly... It looked as if the bird tried to pick him up like a small animal and take off with him."

Damn nature, you scary.
