Let's talk about porn.

We're all adults here (for the most part), and it's very likely a majority of millennials have watched porn at one point or another.

Don't be ashamed if you have — you're definitely not alone.

In fact, Pornhub alone raked in 4.6 billion viewing hours last year, per MailOnline.

Yup. That's a lot of solo sexy time.

If you're secretly concerned about the amount of porn you indulge yourself with, have no fear — now there's a test to help you determine if you're addicted to it or not.

Researchers who developed this test have already determined four percent of people who watch porn are actually addicted.

Psychologists from Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary — who developed the test — talk about porn addiction in a research paper and said, "We identified an optimal cutoff to distinguish between problematic and non-problematic pornography users."

The test asks multiple questions about porn, but focuses on how porn makes people feel and how they react when they're taken away from it.

It provides a series of answers that correspond with numbers you can add up when you're finished to determine your addiction.

So... are you addicted to porn? Let's find out.

Don't forget to keep score of your answers! That's how you'll know if you're addicted or not.

Carry on.

Now that you have your answers with their corresponding numbers, add 'em all up.

If you have a score of 76 or higher, you're probably addicted to porn.

If your results show that you are addicted, you might be considered a "compulsive" porn viewer to other researchers.

Another study by researchers at the Université Laval in Quebec concluded porn viewers fall into three categories: recreational, distressed or compulsive.

Researchers commented on the "compulsive" users — which they found were mainly men — and said, "They reported the highest level of compulsivity to pornography, intensity of efforts to access sexual material and higher emotional distress associated with pornography use."

Apparently, porn addiction is similar to booze and alcohol addiction and can disrupt relationships the same way.

If you find yourself being addicted to porn, understand you are not alone.
