by Adam Pliskin

People with Down syndrome have a great deal of difficulty when it comes to singing. It takes people with the disease twice as much vocal energy to produce sound to speak or sing.

But, a 12-year-old girl with Down syndrome, Madison Tevlin, is defying the odds.

Madison belted out her rendition of John Legend's "All Of Me," and the video of her performance has been seen over three million times on YouTube to date.

Madison wanted to make the video of her singing to inspire others, and she did just that. Her singing is beautiful and needs to be heard.
