Here's How Many Calories You Burn At A Music Festival

There's nothing like spring in New York City. From relaxing in Central Park to spending time on the water, there's so much to do in the Big Apple when the sun comes out. And if you're a music fan, there's definitely a music festival or two on your roster.

An excuse for cute outfits aside, did you know your festival burns major calories? That's right, people.

The average festival goer walks about five miles each festival day. And when you combine that with all the jumping, dancing and running around you do trying to catch your favorite artist, you're well on your way to a summer beach bod.

If you want to feel the burn this spring, then make sure you visit EDC New York on May 14 and May 15 at Citi Field. Get your tickets here.
